Islamabad Police Arrest Two Suspects in PIMS Parking Theft Case

ISLAMABAD: Karachi Company Police have arrested two suspected members of an alleged theft gang during a targeted operation conducted using human intelligence and technical resources, according to Islamabad Police.

The operation was carried out under the supervision of SP City Zone Dr. Ayaz Khan, SDPO Margalla Nausherwan, and SHO Karachi Company Nadeem Tahir. The police team was led by ASI Muhammad Shafiq.
Police identified the arrested suspects as Muhammad Ayaz, son of Muhammad Riaz, and Abdul Hussain, son of Muhammad Makhan.
According to the official statement by SHO Nadeem Tahir, the suspects are accused of stealing mobile phones and cash from attendants of patients sleeping in the parking area of Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) Hospital.
During the operation, police recovered eight valuable mobile phones and cash allegedly linked to the thefts. The recovered items have been taken into custody as evidence.
SHO Tahir said further investigation is underway to determine whether the suspects were involved in additional theft incidents and to identify any possible accomplices.
