ISLAMABAD: Two young siblings died after drowning in a water-filled pit in JJ Society, within the jurisdiction of Phulgran Police Station in Islamabad, according to preliminary information provided by police.
Children Identified
The deceased were identified as nine-year-old Muhammad and his seven-year-old sister Muayma.
According to police, both children drowned after entering or falling into the water-filled pit. Their bodies were subsequently shifted to a private hospital.

The Station House Officer (SHO) of Phulgran Police Station is carrying out the required legal and procedural formalities following the incident.
