CTO Kainat with SDPO Kohsar Capt. Nosherwan Lead 11th Muharram Inspection

Islamabad: Chief Traffic Officer (CTO) Kainat Azhar Khan, accompanied by SDPO Kohsar Capt. (R) Nosherwan Minhas, visited the 11th Muharram processions in Shah Allah Ditta and Bari Imam to review traffic and security arrangements.
During the visit, the officers inspected deployment plans, monitored traffic diversions, and interacted with officials performing duty along the procession routes. They instructed all deployed personnel to remain vigilant and continue performing their responsibilities until the peaceful conclusion of the processions.
According to Islamabad Traffic Police, extensive traffic management measures remained in place throughout Muharram to facilitate mourners while minimizing inconvenience to commuters. The department stated that from 1st Muharram until Ashura, special traffic plans were implemented across the federal capital to ensure safe and smooth movement during processions and religious gatherings.
